CMU - College Music Update

CMU – or the College Music Update – was founded in 1998 to provide a link between the grass roots of the music world (especially the college music scene) and the mainstream music industry and music media.

The CMU provides invaluable, up to date information on upcoming music releases, the record labels and publicity companies used by record labels to promote their releases to radio stations, TV shows, journalists and club DJs. There is also a guide to official artist websites.

Membership of the CMU Music Network is free and open to anyone working in music - including artists, producers, promoters, pluggers, publicists, presenters, DJs, journalists, editors, marketers, and media and label execs.
