Axis Graduates

Axis Graduates is an evolving showcase of recent MA art graduates.

A selected team of advisors nominate up to three students from a recent MA degree show. Graduates represents a range of artists from MA courses across the UK. In 2006 we will focus upon courses based in England and Wales.

All of the artists featured are chosen for the quality of their work and to reflect the diversity of new and exciting art being produced in the UK today.

Axis Graduates also presents information on the advisors who have nominated the artists, plus details about the university or college where the artist has graduated from. Advisors include artists, curators, academics and arts professionals.

Graduates will track how an artist's career develops after graduation. It presents comprehensive information and images and acts as a valuable resource. As new graduates are added, the programme will become a mapping document for the development of contemporary art practice in the UK.
